Japanese Restaurant Mitsumomo at Grand Hilton Seoul is presenting a Yeongdeok snow crab promotion from March 1 to April 30, 2016.
Mitsumomo chef Mr. Ahn has created two set menus featuring seasonal Yeongdeok snow crab delivered from Yeongdeok-gun, North Gyeongsang Province.
Set menu A includes cepe mushroom and snow crab with sesame dressing, complemented by halibut, scallop and mullet sashimi, along with steamed snow crab, sea urchin roe and crab on rice, seaweed soup, and dessert. Set menu B is even more varied,
by sea cucumber, false sea squirt and mullet sashimi, in addition to steamed snow crab, healthful fatsia root and crab tempura, sea urchin roe on rice, seaweed soup, and dessert.
Prices are offered at 120,000 won for set menu A and 180,000 won for set menu B (including taxes and service charges).
The Yeongdeok snow crab boasts long legs and plentiful flesh. This delicacy is noted for its light and wonderful taste. The snow crab is in season from the end of January until the end of March.
