Exchanged views on trade issues such as Korea-U.S. relations and supply chain reorganization

Chairman Koo Ja-yeol of the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) met with founder and former Chairman Edwin Feulner of the Heritage Foundation, who is now visiting Korea, at Trade Tower in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on Sept. 16.

Chairman Koo talked with founder Feulner on recent trade issues such as Korea-U.S. relations and the reorganization of the global supply chain.

The Heritage Foundation is an American conservative think tank based in Washington, D.C., primarily geared towards public policy. The foundation took a leading role in the conservative movement during the presidency of Ronald Reagan, whose policies were taken from Heritage's policy study Mandate for Leadership.

Edwin Feulner is an American academic who founded the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation and served as its president from 1977 to 2013 and again from 2017 to 2018.
