Now that former UN Chief Ban Ki-moon is out of the Presidential, who is the runner-up taking Ban’s place? To the surprise of many people, he is incumbent Acting President Hwang Kyo-ahn who won 12.1%. Here are the survey results published by the CBS Radio this morning:
