To aid refugees who are suffering from the Russian invasion on Ukraine

TYM (Chairman Kim Hi-yong, Kim Do-hoon / formerly known as TongYang Moolsan Co. Ltd.), one of the major Korean agricultural machinery companies, announced a donation of 100 million won in cash and 10 tractors which are worth 400 million won on March 7.

The purpose is to aid refugees and displaced people who are suffering from the Russian invasion on Ukrainian territory and to share the burden. Currently, agricultural tractors are used for war efforts and there is shortage of farming machines in the country.

TYM decided to make the donation to aid the Ukrainian people and the food supply problems in the country. In addition to this, further donations will be planned depending on situation.

TYM Chairman Kim Hi-yong, Honorary Consul General of Bulgaria in Korea and Dean of the Honorary Consul’s Corps, said, “We will actively engage in support for Ukraine which needs the urgent assistance of the international community and wished for World Peace and Harmony and to help Ukraine and its people.”
