On March 14 at 8:00 pm (local time) in Korea during the HWPL 6th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW)' held online, Chairman Man-Hee Lee said: "DPCW is the answer from Heaven for cessation of war and to achieve peace. Meanwhile, 900 women from 41 countries, attended from IWPG. At this commemoration ceremony, HWPL announced that it plans to promote the institutionalization of peace as a basis for rooting and developing peace under the theme of ‘Institutionalizing Peace: Building a Legal Foundation for Sustainable Peace’.
