Based on the idea about the use of local ingredients and health for a virtuous cycle of the region and the environment, Pastry Chef Jimmy Boulay has created a delicious cake “Tasty Palette” with ingredients that elephants adore. Acacia honey and coconut were actively used instead of gluten-free flour, sugar, or artificial sweeteners using domestic figs grown as the main ingredient.

It has various textures and flavors with putting yogurt mousse, which is lemon juice and lime zest based, on the crispy tart and laying savory crumble, acacia honey sponge, fig compote. The price is KRW 66,000 for a whole cake and KRW 20,000 for a small cake. Including all tax.

All customers who purchase cakes will receive one discount voucher of 20,000 won per cake which can be used on the official online boutique of Chantecaille (www.chantecaille.kr) and customers who book a whole cake at least 48 hours before the pick-up date will receive a trial kit of two best products from Chantecaille worth about 35,000 won on a first-come, first-served basis. (The quantity is limited)

The cake will be available at ‘Maru’ and ‘Confections by Four Seasons’ located on the first floor of the hotel from October 1 to November 24 and a portion of the cake's profits will go toward environmental protection through Naver Happy Bean.
