Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Café 395 offers a new concept in hotel dining by offering market-to-table goods that put the spotlight on fresh and premium ingredients. As the hotel’s flagship restaurant, Café 395 also offers special short-term showcases to introduce different world cuisines to guests.

For a short ten-day period, from March 16th to the 26th, Café 395 is pleased to welcome an outstanding guest chef from India, Chef M U Kasture, who will introduce the best of Indian food to our guests. The esteemed Chef Kasture is currently the Executive Chef of The Ashok in New Delhi. Over his illustrious three-decade career, Chef Kasture has had many culinary achievements. Named the Best Chef of India, Chef Kasture spent eight years as Executive Chef to the President of India. As a member of the exclusive Club des Chefs des Chefs, Chef Kasture has prepared Indian delicacies for world leaders including former US President Barack Obama, form UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon, and British royalty Queen Elizabeth.
