The Chef Yonemura’s Gala Dinner features two dinner options: 8-course dinner & winepairing(KRW 500,000 per person) and 8-course dinner only (KRW 330,000 per person).

With his innovative combination of French techniques and Japanese spirit,chefYonemuraquickly put him in the spotlight of the gourmet world and led to both his restaurants being consistently awarded one Michelin star. At the upcoming Gala Dinner, chef Yonemurawill createan exquisite gastronomical experience that will delight and amaze sophisticated palates. The 8-course dinner features chef Yonemura’s innovative dishes likefugu(blowfish) salad with spring vegetables from Kyoto, a protein and mineral rich sea bream meunière and cold pasta with sea cucumber, all made using seasonal ingredients.
