Ambassador Vikram Doraiswami of India in Seoul, Rep.Baek Seung joo and a number of other VIP guests jointly opened an Indian Food Festival at Care 395 premium buffet restaurant at the Hotel Millennium Seoul Hilton on 17 March 2017. It was attended an estimated 100 guests from all walks of life.

Café 395 offers a new concept in hotel dining by offering market-to-table goods that put the spotlight on fresh and premium ingredients. As the hotel’s flagship restaurant, Café 395 also offers special short-term showcases to introduce different world cuisines to guests.
Among them were General Manager Eric Swanson of the Millennium Seoul Hilton and Publisher-Chairman Lee Kyung-sik of The Korea Post media, publisher of 3 English and 2 Korean-language news media outlets.

The food festival running from 16 to 26 March 2017 at Café 395, Millennium Seoul Hilton, will introduce unexplored regional cuisines from different parts of India, prepared by renowned Indian Chef Machinda Kasture, executive chef from Hotel Ashok, New Delhi.
Chef Kasture's outstanding culinary career includes 8 years as the Executive Chef to the President of India, meal catering for formal U.S. president Barack Obama, formal UN General Secretary Ban Kimoon and Queen Elizabeth.
