Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to announce a special promotion in March that features the warm, nourishing goodness of hot pot cuisine. The chef is offering a special five-course menu that showcases a delicious frog flounder and abalone hot pot to savor as the main entree.
Frog flounder is a tasty variety of flounder that is often used for sushi, grilled, boiled, simmered or fried. The fish has a pleasurable chewy texture and offers the perfect balance between fat and flavour.
The multi-course menu will start off with an appetizer consisting of eel egg maki, fried gingko, and chicken with uja sauce. This course will be followed by a spring vegetable and crab salad, and the sashimi course, featuring hamachi, halibut, sea bream, and salmon. The frog flounder, mugwort, and abalone hot pot will be served with steamed rice. Enjoy an exotic sliced fruit selection to finish the meal.
Eating this Japanese delicacy is a gastronomic experience that must be experienced by epicurean diners.
The frog flounder and abalone hot pot special menu is priced at KW108,000 per person. To make reservations or for further enquiries, please call Genji at (02) 317-3240. Tax and service charge are already included in the quoted price.
