2013 World Culture & Art Festival

The 2013 World Culture & Art Festival (11th) will be held at the Mosan Art Museum near Boryeong City from Sept. 25, to Oct. 20, 2013 with the sculptors and artists from all parts of the world.
The have been selected based on the recommendation kindly made by various ambassadors.
They sculptors will use the famed Boryeong Oseok, the top-quality Black Stone in Korea, which is popular among the sculptors from various countries of the world as well as from within Korea.
The Mosan Art Museum will expand this event to a Grand Culture and Art Festival to be participated in by poets, folk performing artists and traditional culinary artists as well as sculptors and painters recommended by the ambassadors.
The Grand Culture and Art Festival will provide an important opportunity to the participating artists of the world to promote mutual exchange and compete with one another in culture and art.
The Museum will also endeavor to further develop the Festival into an annual World Culture and Art Expo to be participated in by all the different countries of the world.
They can publicize their culture and art and contribute to the promotion of understanding, cooperation, friendship and peace in the world through their interaction and friendship.
