Using sturgeon imported from Russia, the caviar produced in Korea is of very good quality. Executive Chef Hyo Nam Park will highlight the extraordinary quality, flavour and indulgence of this celebrated decadence in a special menu. Diners will be amazed by the sublime taste of Korean caviar as well as the level of creativity used to incorporate caviar into a multi-course dinner.
