The gourmet six-course menu will consist of a red tuna carpaccio with micro leaves, black sesame, and sweet ginger dressing followed by a combination of green peas, red capsicum, and fennel cream soup. The pasta course will be a tomato and spinach tortellini filled with sea scallop and basil with truffle cream sauce.
Next is a mandarin champagne sherbet to cleanse your palate before the main course. The main entrée will be one of the followings; a grilled beef tenderloin with port wine sauce or a grilled halibut fillet with thyme beurre blanc. The finishing touch will be the dessert of mascarpone cheese and chocolate cake. A coffee or tea also included. Priced at KW110,000 per person. Minimum order for two required.
