Millennium Seoul Hilton is most pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anders Groenholm as the new executive chef in charge of all culinary activities of the hotel.

Prior to coming to Millennium Seoul Hilton, Chef Groenholm served as Executive Chef in premium kitchens all over the globe, including various Hilton properties in Dubai, China, Australia, and Turkey. He has also worked at Banyan Tree, Shangri-la, Swissotel, and Radisson hotel properties.

Millennium Seoul Hilton is most pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Anders Groenholm as the new executive chef in charge of all culinary activities of the hotel.

Korean-born, Chef Groenholm grew up in Denmark, where he began his career at a hotel and restaurant school in Copenhagen. He continued to pursue his passion and hone his skills, working his way up the kitchen ranks attaining his first title of Executive Chef at the Hilton Istanbul in Turkey when he was 33 years old.

Of Chef Groenholm’s new appointment, new General Manager Jong Hun Lee said, “We are absolutely thrilled to have a chef of this calibre join our team and lead all our culinary operations. Having worked in 9 different countries across 4 continents, Chef Groenholm’s extensive international experience is a great asset.
