Terrace barbeque one of the Grand Hilton attractions in summer

General Manager Bernhard Brender of the Grand Hilton Hotel in western Seoul hosted a priate party to congratulates the birthday of Publisher-Chairman Lee Kyung-sik of The Korea Post media at the plush international buffet restaurant of the hotel in Seoul on June 9, 2018.

Prior to the party, GM Brender invited Publisher Lee and his family members to his office and congratulated him on the birthday. GM Brender and Chairman Lee have been close friends for decades starting while GM Brender was the general manager of the Millenium Seoul Hilton.

The buffet restaurant at Grand Hilton was unique in the fact that it had a lot of extra features attractive to the guests.

One outstanding feature of the restaurant was the outdoor buffet facility on the terrace of the restaurant where beef steak, seafood, vegetables and various other high-price food materials were cooked in front of the guests.

The buffet restaurant offered an exceptionally wide range of choices totaling more than 160 different dishes.

The summertime barbeques, offered on the outdoor deck, were a strong asset of the hotel because at most other hotels in Seoul they were unable to offer the service due to limited space. At the Grand Hilton, it was possible because it occupied a large land surrounded by a large estate of the hotel, which some guests call a ‘rush green land.’
