Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Italian restaurant, is pleased to announce a special promotion in January that puts the spotlight on plump, seasonal oysters in a delectable five-course feast.
To start off, there will be freshly shucked oysters with a shallot dressing. The next course will be a seafood soup with tomato and mussels. For the pasta course, a spaghetti with oyster and mussels with oregano in white wine sauce will be served. The secondi will present a beautifully grilled sea bass with lemon butter sauce served with a carrot cloud and poached asparagus. For the dolci, there will be pear cooked in Dolcetto red wine served with vanilla ice cream.
This ode to oysters is priced at KW115,000 per person, and will be appreciated by oyster lovers. This special and exclusive offering is only available during the month of January.
