Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Cafe 395, which launched earlier this year, offers a new concept in hotel dining by offering market-to-table goods that put the spotlight on premium ingredients. Located in the newly-redesigned lobby of the hotel, this impressive dining venue features majestically high ceilings and a gorgeous panoramic view with the floor to ceiling windows that spread through the expanse of the restaurant.
The open-style kitchen concept brings life and energy to the restaurant, while also providing diners entertainment as chefs cook up and prepare premium buffet offerings. There is also an optional drinks package priced at KW18,000 at lunch or KW22,000 at dinner, and includes bottomless supplies of house wine, domestic beer, soft drinks and juice to go with the buffet.

A celebration of fine dining, the Gourmet Circle Dinner, offered only 4 times a year, is a tradition that started in 1996. With each new season, our skilled chefs, taking inspiration from that season, create a one-of-a-kind, magnificent menu, which is delightfully paired with a fine selection of wines.
A must for the Seoul gourmand and wine connoisseur, the haute cuisine event commences with a champagne reception at 7 p.m., followed by an epicurean seven-course meal, which is paired with complementary wines. An ode to spring, the 78th Gourmet Circle Dinner will showcase bright, fresh and seasonal ingredients that will awaken your palate just as nature awakens in springtime.
