Provider of consulting services on GMDSS and IMNS in Bangladesh

ANSE Technologies Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Young-Ah) has expressed its heartiest congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of Bangladesh. ANSE is a consulting firm providing consulting services for the implementation of GMDSS & IMNS system in Bangladesh Project. Executive Director Peter Chang-Kee Kang of the company attended the celebration reception of the National Day at Lotte Hotel in Seoul on March 26, 2015, and expressed such good wishes.
On the most auspicious occasion ANSE Technologies has issued a congratulatory message wishing increased cooperation between Korea and Bangladesh as well as the two countries and his company. Details of the congratulatory message follow:

The Embassy of Bangladesh in Korea provides very good cooperation for the invitation process between the two countries.
ANSE Technologies will do its utmost to contribute to the beneficial bilateral partnership between the two countries through completing the consulting services successfully for the implementation of the main project successfully based on its expertise on GMDSS and IMNS system.

ANSE Technologies is providing consulting services to the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh to assist the successful implementing the modern GMDSS & IMNS system in Bangladesh for the construction of Global Maritime Distress and Safety System together with Integrated Maritime Navigation System. ANSE Technologies’ consulting service is based on the contract concluded in May of 2014 with Department of Shipping (DOS)/Ministry of Shipping (MOS).
ANSE Technologies previously performed and completed successfully in year 2011 the Feasibility Study in terms of technical and economical point of view using an EDCF (Economic Development Cooperation Fund) from Korea Exim Bank (
www.koreaeximbank.co.kr).
As a result of the feasibility study, the loan agreement for establishment of GMDSS & IMNS System in Bangladesh Project was established, which was followed by the consulting contract in May of 2014 between the DOS and ANSE Technologies for efficient support of implementation of the said project.
This project aims to construct the Center for Integrated Maritime Navigation System in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh, and to construct seven Coastal Radio stations alongside the coastline of Bay of Bengal to receive distress signal in case, to provide telecommunications with vessels navigating the sea and to keep track of the vessel’s movement automatically.
ANSE Technologies has completed the basic design for the main project through the site survey and by grasping detailed scope of the project, and is now preparing the documentation of bidding documents to be used for the main bidding aiming the bid completion within this year.
In addition, ANSE Technologies has invited the honorable Minister of MOS, Director General of DOS and the Project Director to Korea in order for them to visit Korea for 9 days in April, which is next month, and to get practical knowledge on Korean GMDSS and IMNS system and the operations. The Embassy of Bangladesh in Korea is providing excellent cooperation services for the invitation process between both the countries
