Only available during the month of June, Chef Anita Bidini will introduce five different live lobster dishes that will be served with your choice of two side dishes.

Choose from Poached Live Lobster with Herbs (KW79,000), Marinated Live Lobster with Vegetables and Mango Puree (KW85,000), Roasted Live Lobster with Oregano and Bread Crumb Crust (KW83,000), Sauteed Live Lobster Gratinated with Herbs, Zucchini, Mushrooms, White Wine and Cream (KW87,000). Or choose a sampler of all four kinds of Lobster dishes (KW170,000; good for two people).

Diners can choose two of the following side dishes to accompany their lobster: Seasonal Mixed Salad; Sauteed Green Asparagus in Butter; Roasted Baby Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary; Grilled and Marinated Capsicum with Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; and Assorted Olives Marinated with Orange Rind, Thyme, Chili and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Lobsters are marine crustaceans that have a sweet, delicate, and luxurious meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways. While today, lobster is saved for special occasions due to its high cost, lobster originally had more humble origins. Thought to be undesirable, lobster was mainly consumed by poor residents living next to fishing villages. It wasn’t until the mid 1800’s that lobster became a main staple at fine dining restaurants.
