Newly inaugurated Korean Honorary Consul General An Sang-wook hosted an opening ceremony of his Consulate General in Busan on Jan. 28, 2016.
It was attended by many distinguished guests of Korea and the Philippines. They included, besides Ambassador Hernandez, Dr. Rim Hak (president of the Kosin University Gospel Hospital), Dr. Jeong In-young, Ambassador Hong Seonghwa for International Relations of Busan Metropolitan City and Reverend Fr. Felixberto Perez.
Also in attendance at the meeting, among other guests, were members of the Filipino community from Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, Changwon, Gimhae, and Muan.

General Alok K. Roy of the Busan Foundation for International Activities and Ambassador Hong Seonghwa for International Relations of Busan Metropolitan City.
