Your Excellency:
The Korea Post and the Gangneung City Government have agreed to present each participating Ambassador with a prestigious Plaque of Testimonial to the Dedication to the Promotion of Relations and Cooperation with the People of Korea as shown below:
Each Plaque measures 23.5cm x 28.5cm, is made with a white silvery light metal adorned with imitation diamonds decorating the top and bottom of the two pillars that support the longevity-symbolizing cranes on the top and the longevity-symbolizing artificial but durable gold-coated turtle at the bottom--fitted into a thick mahogany wood board
The Plaque of Testimonial will be signed and presented to each Ambassador jointly by the Chairman of The Korea Post and the Mayor of the Gangneung City in memory and appreciation of their participation in the Tour of the Gangneung Dano Festival, one of Korea's top folk festival of thousands of years.
