Millennium Seoul Hilton’s flagship international buffet and all-day-dining restaurant, Cafe 395, is pleased to welcome two guest chefs from Singapore, courtesy of the Orchard Hotel in Singapore from June 9th to June 18th.

The chefs will introduce Hokkien style food to Cafe 395. Hokkien cuisine is one of China’s eight major cuisines. Early Chinese immigrants from Fujian province moved to Singapore and Malaysia and brought their cooking traditions with them, which merged into Hokkien-style food. Singapore is world renowned for its vibrant and exciting cuisine, which draws influences from its diverse surrounding areas. Some of the highlight dishes by the two guest chefs will be Black Pepper Crab, Chilli Crab, Katong Laksa, Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice, Deep-fried Pork Balls, Assorted Satay, and Rojak. Cafe 395 introduced the market-to-table concept to buffet fine dining. Utilizing only the freshest premium ingredients in various action stations located throughout the restaurant, Cafe 395 welcomes diners to a vibrant dining experience that delivers vibrant foods prepared just the way you want.
