The chef’s creative and sophisticated interpretations of Jeju Black Pork dishes include: Country-style Duck and Pork Terrine with Pistachio, Cornichons and Salted Butter Brioche; Hot Beef Consomme with Vegetable Dumplings; Gratinated Hand Dived Scallops with Leek Ragout; a choice of Honey-glazed Pork Chops, Stuffed Pork Loin with Truffle and Mushroom, or Jeju Black Pork Belly; and Mini Forest Berries Tart for dessert, served with Cinnamon, Vanilla Cream and Walnut Ice Cream. This stunning menu is priced at KW118,000 per person.
