The “Salon de Strawberry Milano” dessert buffet will be available from December 19, 2016.

Last year’s “Salon de Strawberry” dessert buffet was a tribute to 1960s Paris and the first incredibly popular installment of this dessert buffet concept at the JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul. It received huge accolades, and this year’s tribute to the fashion capital of Italy, Milano, has been inspired by the Italy’s modern and sophisticated fashion sensibilities. With over 10 varieties of tarts, cakes and other strawberry-centric desserts paired with premium tea and coffee enjoyed in unlimited quantities, this year’s incarnation promises to be even more celebrated.

Not only will guests get to enjoy the exquisite combination of fresh Strawberry Chocolate Fondu and Whipped Cream from Canadian Executive Pastry Chef Chad Yamagata, but there will also be ▲ Strawberry and White Chocolate Tarts ▲ moist and soft biscuit with fluffy meringue melt-in-your-mouth Kardinalschnitten ▲ Strawberry Eclairs loaded with sweet custard cream ▲ the traditional Italian dessert Strawberry Zabaglione ▲ rich authentic North American Strawberry Mascarpone Cheesecake ▲ crisp yet moist Strawberry Macarons along with fresh seasonal Strawberry Panna Cotta Verrine▲ warm Scones topped with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam to enjoy.
