Atomy was selected as one of the "2020 top 100 best workable companies in Korea" by the Great Place To Work Institute (GPTW), a management consulting firm, on Jan. 28.

At the same time, Atomy Chairman Park Han-gil was named as one of the most respected CEOs in Korea in 2020.

In 2020, "Korea's Most Respected CEO" was finally selected by indexing 24 evaluation elements and survey items related to managers among the Trust Management Index. The evaluation factors were vision presentation, management capabilities, talent discovery, ethical management, consideration, respect, and fairness.

The 19th Korea’s Best Workable 100 Companies Award is a system that awards companies that build a good corporate culture by practicing trust management. GPTW Institute is a South Korean branch of GPTW Research Institute, a U.S. consulting firm.

GPTW Institute has been operating the award system every year since 2002. The selection of winners will be made by conducting employee surveys on the basis of trust, pride, and fellowship, and reviewing public documents. CEO evaluation is also based on evaluation of actual employees.

A GPTW official explained, "It is the most prestigious and meaningful award given by members of the organization, as the winners are actually selected by evaluation by employees of each company."
