Min is a precious artist of our time who has worked on drawing a brilliant cosmic fantasy with our unique ideological system and five-color system.
The five colors of blue, yellow, white, red, and black are all heaven and earth energy that are divided into harmony of yin and yang and gather and re-divided.
Artist Min's painting is shaping the harmony of the heaven and earth in his own canvas. At the end of his hand, the dynamic composition in which the chaos and order of heaven and earth are alternated is recreated.
Artist Min won the Grand Prize in the Western Painting category as an abstract painting of 'Creation of Heaven and Earth' in a planning contest hosted by the Korea Arts Promotion Agency in 2022.
This contest, hosted by the Korea Arts Promotion Agency, is designed for representative artists in Korea. It is known that more than 7,000 artists, including professors of art colleges and art doctoral groups at home and abroad, applied.
Meanwhile, Artist Min has been selected as one of the 48 artists of our time by the Korea Art Promotion Agency and has been awarded the Grand Prize at the 32nd and 33rd Korean Contemporary Art Competition, the 36th Contemporary Art Competition Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award, and the 35th Korea Art Competition Grand Prize.
Min Tae-hong comes from Gangwon-do and was selected as the person who brightened up Gangwon-do at the 2020 Proud Gangwon People Awards Ceremony hosted by the Gangwon-do Provincial Office.
He is expected to continue brightening up Korea in the future with an exemplary life that takes the lead in community service activities and helping others.
