Hanssem select its best dealerships as H-Honors Club member

Hanssem introduced the 'H-Honors Club' program for excellent dealership membership starting this year and held the first 'H-Honors Club' launching ceremony at the guesthouse of the Shilla Hotel in Seoul on Jan. 16.
According to Hanssem on Jan. 17, 'H-Honors Club' is a system that recognizes qualifications as an excellent dealership. Excellent dealerships are selected by comprehensively evaluating indicators related to sales performance and compliance with dealership policies, such as △sales △customer satisfaction △transparent management.

It plans to select an 'Honors Club' agency once in the first and second half of each year. In the first half of this year, a total of 28 agencies were selected, with 6 top agencies at the 'HH1' level and 22 excellent agencies at the 'HH2' level.
Previously, excellent dealerships were selected based on sales performance, but 'Honors Club' is characterized by strict application of not only sales but also service and quality indicators.

In accordance with Hanssem's 'remodeling unlimited responsibility' policy, dealerships that provide a satisfactory customer experience by demonstrating professionalism and responsibility are recognized as excellent dealerships.
Hanssem has prepared various benefits for dealerships selected for the Honors Club. First of all, it can be used to increase customer trust by providing a signboard and exclusive business cards to certify excellent agencies.

In addition, it provides benefits to strengthen and recharge agency capabilities, such as providing labor consulting, comprehensive health checkups, and scholarships and incentives for children of middle and high school and college students.

At the event, an award ceremony was held for the top six dealerships that were ranked in 'HH1'. They are 'Bangbae Dealership' in Seocho-gu, Seoul, 'Hyunhoo Design' in Seocho-gu, Seoul, 'Centum House' in Wansan-gu, Jeonju, 'Lion's' in Buk-gu, Daegu, 'Design Group Modus' in Iksan, North Jeolla Province, and 'Hanssem Kitchen A3 Agency' in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.
