buffet restaurant, Orangerie, is excited to welcome two guest chefs from the Colombo Hilton in Sri Lanka to its kitchen during the month of February. Throughout the month, the generous buffet spread at Orangerie will include Sri Lankan favorites including a Rotti station, flavourful curries, and so much more.

Sri Lankan cuisine has long been renowned for its spices. Since ancient times, traders from all over the world who came to Sri Lanka brought their native cuisines to the island, resulting in a rich diversity of cooking styles and techniques. One of the most complex cuisines in the world, the food of Sri Lanka uses bountiful local ingredients including some of the hottest peppers in the world.

The Orangerie lunch buffet is priced at KW67,000 for adults and KW39,900 for children aged twelve and under. The Orangerie dinner buffet is priced at KW72,000 for adults and KW42,900 for children aged twelve and under. Tax and service charge are already included in these prices.

Orangerie’s international buffet offers a vast array of international fare in a cheerful and open environment. Specially designed buffet units incorporate air cooled food showcases for maximum freshness, and specialty stations feature made-to-order pasta, Korean specialties, a carvery station and more. Private dining rooms are available.
