FCA Korea(CEO Pablo Rosso) unveils the ‘All-New Chrysler 200’, a premium mid-size sedan, to offer its exceptional value to consumers with beautiful coupe-like appearance, exquisitely crafted interior, delightful driving experience, segment-first nine-speed automatic transmission, innovative utilization of space, and segment leading technology.
All-New Chrysler 200 comes in with two trim levels, Chrysler 200C and Chrysler 200 Limited.
Modern & trendy exterior design featuring the new “face” of the Chrysler brand All-New Chrysler 200 is the Chrysler brand’s new face which is inspired by the iconic American designs. The model with beautifully crafted exterior and interior designs will upgrade consumer’s expectation for mid-size sedans.
The grille and headlamp designs are integrated while showcasing a muscular yet soulful presence. The sensual lines and fluid surfaces highlight the coupe-like appearance. Over 600-hour wind tunnel test is the result of its aerodynamic design and optimizing air flow around the car body delivering drag co-efficiency of 0.266, providing drivers with a dynamic driving experience.
HID (High Intensity Discharge) headlamp is three times brighter than conventional headlamps. Along with HID, full-LED daytime running lamps (DRL), LED fog lamps and standard LED tail lamps will increase driving safety performance by enhancing the visibility of the All-New Chrysler 200.

Using four key principles ? emotional design impact, use of high-quality materials with honest material execution, state-of-the-art technology and clever storage features ? and inspired by classic, thoughtful American design, the interior of the All-New 200 sedan, selected as 2014 10 Best Interior by Ward’s Auto, is unequaled in its segment.
The state-of-the-art full electronic gear shift with the rotary e-shift knob enable designers to combine functionality and beauty at the center console. Rotary-dial electronic shifting knob and electronic parking brake allowed a unique pass-through storage space to which the driver and a front-seat passenger can access and use power chargers for their digital devices like iPad.
The customizable 7-inch LED full-color EVIC display monitor provides drivers with a clear view of information drivers want to see about the car. The screens show drivers information such as real-time fuel economy, turn-by-turn navigation, compass, outside temperature, speed, time and others. A glowing bezel surrounding the instrument cluster gives off a distinctive and pleasing ‘Chrysler blue color’ glow.
The intuitive and easy to use Uconnect 8.4-inch touch screen multimedia command center with Korean 3D navigation enables driver and passengers to share useful driving information. Hands-free voice-control functions on radio and other media will help driver drive safe.

The 2015 Chrysler 200’s platform was engineered to deliver the European sporty handling dynamics and the steering precision in the North American driving environments, which resulted in excellent handling with maximum comfort for both driver and passengers.
All-New Chrysler 200 is the first Chrysler to use FCA Group’s CUS-wide modular platform which has been developed from Alfa Romeo technology. The new body structure delivers a delightful driving experience with exceptional performance in driving, handling, and maneuverability.
The segment-first nine-speed automatic transmission dispenses power smoothly without giving gear shift vibration because the shift ratio between the gears are tight, tighter than other existing transmissions.
The new Tigershark 2.4-liter MultiAir2 four-cylinder engine produces 187 horsepower (up by 6%) , 24.2kg.m of torque(up by 19% from the previous engine). The Combined fuel efficiency of All-New 200 Limited model is 10.9km/l (15.1km/l on highway).

All-New Chrysler 200’s advanced safety technology is well acknowledged by IIHS which named All-New Chrysler 200 ‘2014 Top Safety Pick Plus’.
All-New Chrysler 200 uses fortified materials including metals to protect drivers and offers the most available safety and security features in the segment with over 60 technologies including Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Lane departure Warning Plus System, ParkSense Parallel/Perpendicular Park Assist(200C only) and etc.
All-New Chrysler 200 offers the segment-exclusive standard electronic park brake with SafeHold, which secures the vehicle if the driver opens the door and unlatches the seat belt while the forward or reverse gear is still engaged.
Other standard and available features include 8 airbags, front seat active head rest, electronic stability control, electronic roll mitigation, four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, ParkSense rear backup sensors, ParkView rear backup camera, blind-spot monitoring(200C only), Rear Cross Path Detection(200C only), etc.
World Class Manufacturing:
All-New Chrysler 200 is produced at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant which has the world class manufacturing standard.
The Sterling Heights Assembly Plant (SHAP) is the beneficiary of a $1 billion investment including an all-new state-of-the art paint shop and a new fully robotic body shop. The all-new 93,000m2 body shop features fully robotic assembly for exact fit and finish, enabling precise craftsmanship.
SHAP utilizes a powder primer paint system for All-New Chrysler 200, which saves cost and reduces the impact to the environment by utilizing 97 percent of all powder.
