Tourism Australia officially announced on November 5 the Korean launch of its global brand campaign, Come and Say G’day Chapter 2.

The campaign features the brand ambassador Ruby the Souvenir Kangaroo, who continues to deliver the message of “A holiday that lasts a lifetime” to audiences around the world.

To highlight diverse perspectives, Come and Say G’day Chapter 2 includes collaborations with well-known personalities from various countries. Australian wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, British food writer Nigella Lawson, Chinese actor Yosh Yu, Indian philanthropist Sara Tendulkar, and Japanese comedian Abareru-kun are among the stars who appear in localized campaign content.

Representing Korea, Bang Chan and Felix of the K-pop group Stray Kids participated in the campaign. Drawing from their childhood years in Australia, the duo filmed at personally meaningful locations such as Sydney Harbour and Bondi Beach, aiming to present a more relatable and authentic image of Australia to Korean audiences.

Derek Baines, Regional General Manager for Korea and Japan at Tourism Australia, said, “This campaign goes beyond simple advertising—it’s designed to help Korean travelers discover the true beauty of Australia and create memories that last a lifetime. Australia has always welcomed visitors with open arms, and we believe this initiative will further strengthen the interest of the Korean market.”

Come and Say G’day Chapter 2 has rolled out across key international markets including China, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Germany throughout 2025, concluding with its official launch in Korea.
