President Moon Sang-joo of the Korea Occupational Training College in Seoul said, “We are now living in an era of unlimited competition in a world where there are no walls or partitions or national boundaries in the area of industrial environment.”

Speaking at a recent interview with The Korea Post media, President Moon said, “In order to tide over the competition in Korea and the outside world in this competitive industrial environment, we need to train fully qualified professionals in the different fields—as well as in the food and beverage and catering service industry.”

Introducing various important functions and duties of his College, President Moon stated, “It is my fixed conviction that new technologies and new skills are a requirement for remaining competitive in the industrial environment.”

In charge of the Hospitality Industry & Culinary Department of the College is Professor Lee Kwon-bok who is responsible for the culinary education and training of the students at the College, who is very much interested in inviting distinguished international dignitaries, especially the ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Korea, to personally see the excellent skills on the part of the students and the faculty members at the College.
