To discuss on energy transition policies in Korea and North America

KOTRA and CanCham (Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea), supported by 17 foreign chambers in Korea, will hold the "CANCHAM X KOTRA Business+ Forum" at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul on Nov. 24.

Business+ Forum, in short, is a monthly meeting venue for expats working in Korea that features a lecture in combination with a meal and a networking session. This event is the 7th Business+ Forum.

The business forum will be held under the main title of “Energy Transition Policies in Korea and North America” and the sub title 1 of “North America Energy Policies and the US IRA” and the sub title 2 of “Response of Foreign Companies in Korea to the US IRA.”

One of guest speakers is Frank Sur who is a partner of Gowling WLG whose practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, fund formation and general corporate commercial matters, with an emphasis in technology and energy.

The other speakers are Michael who is a senior foreign attorney at Shin & Kim whose principal areas of practice are banking & finance, infrastructure, energy and M&A and Attorney Pak who is a partner at Shin & Kim mainly practicing in the areas of international trade, service and investment including other international economic law areas.
