Cafe 395 will welcome a guest chef, Mr. Ambakumbure Watte Gedara, from Cinnamon Lodge Hanarana hotel in Sri Lanka who will lead the kitchen to creating authentic and tasty national dishes.
Some of the highlighted dishes to be created by the guest chef will be Sri Lankan prawn salad, sting hopper pillaw, beans tempered, egg & plain hoppers with condiments, pumpkin custard, bibikkan. Don’t miss this opportunity to taste this exciting cuisine.

The buffet is priced at KW94,000 per person at lunch, and KW99,000 per person at dinner.
