South Korea's top portal operator Naver Corp. saw its third-quarter net profit decrease 68.3 percent on-year.
Net profit came to 68.4 billion won (US$60.3 million) in the July-September period, down from 215.8 billion won posted a year earlier, Naver said in a regulatory filing.
Operating profit also moved down 29 percent over the cited period to reach 221.7 billion won.
Overall sales moved up 16.4 percent on-year in the third quarter to reach 1.39 trillion won, the company added.
Shares of Naver closed at 127,000 won Wednesday, up 1.2 percent from the previous session. The third-quarter report was announced before the market opened on Oct. 25, 2018. (Yonhap)
