The ‘Cass Beats Highlight’ commercial video of OB Beer starring popular singer-actor TOP (Choi Seung-hyun), reportedly, attracted two million viewers on Jan. 29, 2015 through its official YouTube channel, that was within 12 days of its release after the video had hit the one million viewer mark within one week of its publication. TOP took part in the EDM (electronic dance music) with enticing gestures and body movements as well as vocal charms.
A rapper and singer, ‘who leaves people awestruck with his deep voice,’ TOP is the winner of the 2011 May 47th PaekSang Award (Best New Actor) and four other prestigious awards.
The new Cass Beats video with TOP is rated as a ‘real treat to the eye and ear’ of the audience, especially the young people, to whom TOP is an idol.
Through the use of QR code applied to Cass can, the viewers can see the special performances of TOP anywhere and this was taken as the theme of the video. It reads, “With Cass in hand, you can feel the most thrilling moment of the Beats.”
“Scan the QR code on the Cass can on display and you will be led into the club scenes where TOP presents his flashy deejaying performances in a charismatic appearance,” says the OB spokesman.
He said that TOP, who represents the culture of the young generation, Cass and the fast-emerging EDM, all tie in nicely to create such good synergy effect and become the popular target of talks. “We will not stop making efforts to make OB Beer the representative beer of the young people--leading the youth culture,” he said.
The official facebook of Cass (faceook.com/Cass.kr), according to the OB spokesman, had untold stories and images of TOP and in order to see him, some 10,000 additional people visited the site and became his new fans.
